A PVC-jacketed, flexible power cable suitable for use in machine applications. Available in unshielded (600) and shielded (600-C), to provide resistance to electromagnetic interference (EMI), this multi-purpose power cable is flame retardant (FT4 & NFPA 97), and UV and oil resistant (Oil Res I, with Oil Res II available). As a UL/CSA/CE/RoHS approved product, it is also WTTC, TC-ER, PLTC-ER, and ITC-ER rated for unprotected installation from the cable tray to the machine within industrial plants.
A UL/CSA/CE/RoHS approved, PUR-jacketed power cable suitable for use in the cable tracks of automated machine tools, machinery and robots. With a high resistance to mechanical strain and flexing stress, and TPE-wrapped conductors reducing internal friction, the MULTIFLEX 512®-PUR has been tested to withstand 10 million flexing cycles of continuous operation. For applications requiring EMI protection, the MULTIFLEX 512®-C-PUR has been shielded with a tinned copper braid providing 85 percent coverage to prevent external interference of impulse transmission.
Automation extends to offshore operations as well, so to meet customer needs on the water HELUKABEL® will be displaying its wide range of power and data shipwiring and marine cables with approvals from ABS, Germanischer Lloyd (GL), Lloyds Register of Shipping, Verband Deutscher Elektrotechniker (VDE), USSR Register of Shipping, Det Norske Veritas (DNV), the Bureau Veritas, UL and CSA. Many of these cables are halogen free (LSZH) and come unshielded or shielded, for seamless transmission during operations that involve EMI, and some cables are approved for use in cable tracks.
