Q1. When can I get the quotation?
Usually we can quote within 24hours after we receive the drawing or sample.
Q2. Can we get sample to check quality?
Yes, you can. After you approve our quotation, we can provide 1-2pcs samples for you to test, but you have to pay the sample shipping cost.
Q3. How long can I get the sample?
Within 7 working days if all material in stock.
Q4. What's the payment term?
T/T&Western Union. Normally 30% deposit to start order and 70% balance paid before shipment.
Q5. What's the lead time for order?
Usually we will assess lead time after we get your order. 2 weeks to prepare the material and 2-3 weeks production.
Q6. How to ship the goods?
By Air, Express or Sea.But all shipping cost will be charged at customers account.
